She live in Los Angeles (that's Lower Alabama), and her husband and her are raising their three children. She know they say that her mother is biased, but her child is the best. You'll can find delicious recipes that you can make at home on either one of her websites. Her website also has a lot of food and food teaching methods. 

She is a very good trade nutritionist. She will bake by herself and try new recipes and flavors and then practice her motto of "all in moderation" on her own. Most of her inspiration comes from recipes. She drags her husband to the high-end restaurants and uses her two hands to create the itchiness of things. She will takes nice pictures of her cakes other treats and post the pictures in Wood & Spoon websites. You'll can find delicious recipes that you can make at home on either one of her websites. Her website also has a lot of food and food teaching methods. She also writes professional recipes to help her baking or cook another food.
